With 524 contemporary and beautifully designed suites, impressive meeting rooms, a selection of international themed outlets with health and
fitness facilities, the hotel will meet and exceed the needs of both business and leisure travelers.

We are looking to employ a highly skilled Bellboy and responsible for the overall care of the hotel lobby and guest's luggages. Carrying out as far as possible all services in connection with the stay of guests in the hotel.

Minimum Requirements:
• Preferably Nepali National
• Minimum 2 years’ of Previous hospitality experience
• Require Good communication skills
• Punctual, be able to follow directions, to get along with co-workers, supervisors, to treat co-workers, supervisors with respect and courtesy, and to refrain positive approach.
• High School Degree or equivalent.

First Central Hotel Suites Responsibility:
• Ensures all guest requests are actioned immediately.
• Updates information boards in the lobby.
• Ensures front door is manned at all times and smooth traffic in the front area.
• Ensures sufficient stocks of promotional materials are on display.
• Ensures luggage is delivered and collected immediately. Responsible for luggage transport and storage.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Ensure that high level of work services are maintained at all times.

Additional responsibilities:
• Greet Hotel guests/visitors entering and leaving the Hotel.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Knowledge of identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services).
