Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue Management, Middle East with a dotted reporting line to the COO Operations, Luxury Brands, Middle East and is responsible for driving incremental revenue and profit for the hotels in the region using a rational, disciplined decision-making process while managing risk under current and anticipated market conditions.


• Maximize rooms revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein.
• Contribute in enhancing the Total Revenue Management Culture in the respective hotels
• Maximize Profit Contribution of the respective hotels, and to the Regional Head office
• Continual analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends.
• Monitor revenue opportunity trends in the region, stay updated with industry developments (conferences/seminars), develop synergies & sales/pricing coherence, make recommendations to marketing and sales teams for shifting demand-driving actions to match need periods / areas
• Optimize hotel and corporate pricing strategies through definition and management of all rates, rate levels, stay restrictions and other tactics, which are congruent with demand factors and which are managed through all distribution channels.
• Work together with the properties Revenue Management teams to determine effective and engaging rate offers (packages) which are then offered in to the right customer in the right channel.
• Monitor transient, group and tour booking pace in order to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation distribution sources. Discusses changes to, and implements those changes in distribution plan accordingly.
• Monitor all rooms and revenue forecasting to accurately project unconstrained demand, and support hotels in taking corrective actions
• Utilize the Revenue Management Systems, and other pertaining tools , to ensure that the appropriate strategies are in place, special events are accurately loaded, and the sharing of knowledge with the system in maintained.
• Work with DOSM and Sales Team members to encourage strategic selection of the right piece of business, in keeping with AccorHotels guidelines.
• Maximize market share of the Luxury Middle East portfolio by tracking and analysis of competitive set pricing and yield strategies, gaining the ability to predict the comp set reaction to changes in the marketplace.
• Plays an active role in the Strategic Planning, Marketing Plan and budgeting processes.
• Reviews the meeting minutes and pertaining actions of the weekly Revenue Management Meetings of the respective hotels while ensuring to follow the AccorHotels guidelines for meeting content.
• Contribute in preparing the monthly analysis for the region, and take the corrective actions in line with the Regional Revenue Management Strategies
• Conduct onsite & offsite hotel reviews for the region.
• Adhere to all AccorHotels Environmental policies and procedures.
• Assist in Selecting, recruiting, managing and developing Luxury Hotel/Multi-Hotel Revenue Managers via mentoring and coaching to ensure succession planning, cultivation and implementation of relevant best practices across ME Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Luxury Hotel Revenue Management, Independent and self-reliant
• Result Oriented / Performance
• Fluency in spoken and written English (Additional language is an advantage)
• Communication and Influencing skills
• Strategic thinking combined with the proven ability to move strategy to action are foremost attributes via Persuasion, Leadership, and Proactivity
• Comfortable in discussion forums; able to represent ideas succinctly and convincingly
• Proven experience in strategic analysis, conceptualization, and problem solving required.
• Good Understanding and appropriation of transversal complex projects (IT, Marketing, Distribution, etc.)
• Team building skills and proven track record is essential.
• Self-study and independent work ethics are required.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints is vital to the success of this individual.
• Strong experience or adaptable training in the use of automated systems, PCs and office products, e.g. Excel, Word
• Knowledge of Opera Property Manager System, Opera Central Reservation System, OXI Interfaces, Opera Sales & Catering, EZ RMS /
