Qualifications & Experience
â¢ Degree in Sales and Marketing with 8+ yearsâ experience in managing direct sales, revenue, and goals in a four/five star hotel company with strong leadership and relationship skills
â¢ The role requires an organised, clear thinker who is able to multitask across numerous projects simultaneously.
â¢ Ability to manage and conclude projects, constructively challenging and inputting fresh ideas and concepts and driving implementation.
â¢ Aware of market trends and competitors
â¢ Past hands on experience in a Senior Manager / Assistant Director of Sales role with budget and results driven responsibilities and proven success record.
â¢ Ability to present about and represent multiple properties and business units
â¢ Experience in driving sales efforts from creating marketing plans to executing and implementing them.
â¢ Proven strong relationship management skills.
â¢ To provide overall leadership and management of the Cluster Hotels, Brand Sales organization, which consists of strategic direction, account management, sales organization in the market and business generation.
â¢ To be responsible for overall sales & marketing performance.
â¢ To market the Cluster Hotels, all their outlets, and sales points.
â¢ To lead and direct the sales department to reach on maximizing sales and marketing trends, so that the highest profitability can be reached.
