At the moment, we are looking for Restaurant and Bar Marketing Executive to join our enthusiastic, warm and friendly marketing team at Crowne Plaza Dubai .
As the Restaurant and Bar Marketing Executive , you will have a passion for marketing and digital creative communication. Must be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing revenue growth. Must be Tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns this role will report to the Director of Marketing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
â¢ Launching Food and Beverage Marketing initiatives in the following areas:
â¢ With the restaurants (within the four walls) examples: bounce cards, business cards collection and use
â¢ Local Catchment Area: such as flyers
â¢ Social Media: Launching Food and Beverage campaigns using social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and any other popular platforms. Other examples: E-blast
â¢ Participating in mass marketing such as Radio and Newspapers
â¢ Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection and engagement with our guests using our Food & Beverage restaurants, Health and wellness facilities and Rooms.
â¢ Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase hotel brand awareness.
â¢ Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
â¢ Prepare online newsletter and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
â¢ Manage and update hotel websites.
â¢ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
â¢ Design artwork for promotional material and Food & Beverage Promotions
â¢ Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.
â¢ Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
â¢ With the rest of the marketing & Communications team Act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.
â¢ Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns. <br><br>
â¢ BSc/BA in Marketing
â¢ Proven knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing
â¢ Previous experience in Food and Beverage / Restaurants and Bars is a plus
â¢ Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
â¢ Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
â¢ Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
â¢ Analytical mindset and critical thinking
â¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
â¢ Experience in HTML coding is a plus
â¢ Strong knowledge of Adobe Software - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
â¢ Video and animated design knowledge is a plus
