Responsible for all the general day-to-day management of the restaurant as a whole
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers.
2. Manage and overlook the duties and responsibilities of baristas and provide necessary training to them.
3. Ongoing training and support in coffee making for the cafe
4. Reports all customer complaints to manager on duty.
5. Responds proactively to prevent customer service situations.
6. Accurately rings sales orders into cash register and counts back change to customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
7. Maintains efficient, friendly service standards and demonstrates such standards when training other team members.
8. Informs the manager on duty of any operational inconsistencies
9. Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
10. Supervising staff and volunteers to ensure exceptional customer service
11. To be responsible for training new team members
12. To adhere to all health and safety instructions and not to do anything that might endanger themselves or others; to report to their line manager any dangerous situations in the work place or any shortcomings in health and safety arrangements that they perceive.
