At the moment, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Kitchen to be part of our F&B Kitchen Team at Crowne Plaza Dubai .
As the Administrative Assistant - Kitchen , you will provide a coordination and administrative service for the hotel F&B Kitchen team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
â¢ Statistical collation on behalf of state
â¢ Assisting with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular actions
â¢ Assists with daily operation in F&B Kitchen Department PEOPLE
â¢ Coordinate all administration and organisational tasks required by the hotel kitchen team
â¢ Disseminates sales related information to other departments, establishes and maintains effective employee relations
â¢ Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development and coordinate training for the team. GUEST EXPERIENCE
â¢ Coordinate all familiarization and site inspections as required
â¢ Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community
â¢ Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
â¢ Comply with the Company's Corporate Code of Conduct <br><br>
â¢ QUALIFICATIONS Degree or Qualification equivalent in administrative or related field, and minimum 2years of experience in a hospitality in same role, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
