3GI IR Specialist - Kazakhstan
Role: 3GI IR SpecialistCompany: Bolashak-AtyrauExperience:Higher Education in a relevant field
At least 2-3 years experience in HR and IR
At least Intermediate level in Kazakh, Russian and English languages
Basic / Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Write and speak in a clear and convincing manner, using appropriate language
Work well with all levels of management
Must be familiar with:
RoK Labour Code
RoK statutes and regulations applicable to this jobJob Requirements:Attend to daily site visit requirements to identify potential IR risks and to confirm that employee grievances are being resolved.
Provide daily feedback to supervisors on grievances, discussions and mitigation.
Update daily dashboard feedback to the IR Specialist (Administration).
Attend contractor worker committee meetings.
Follow-up with outstanding issues and report to the IR Supervisor.
Ensure that contractor provides copies of the minutes for record keeping.
Update daily dashboard and provide feedback to the IR Administrator
Actively support and contribute to the skill, knowledge and competency of the rest of the IR team to ensure excellence in IR support service to the IR and Project Management teamsTerms:Tengiz 28/28Rotation: 28 x 28 (11 hours)About us:Bolashak has a proven history of supplying high calibre personnel to major projects.
