Technical Interface Coordinator - Qatar

Minimum Requirements

Degree in a principal engineering discipline; a post graduate degree in engineering, business, or related field strongly recommended.
Comprehensive experience of more than 15 years with proficiency in a number of areas of the hydrocarbon industry, with 12 years in a senior technical or managerial role
An effective communicator, able to solve complex problems effectively and tactfully by building consensus and resolving conflicts.

Primary Purpose of the Job:

To provide a high level of specialist advice and support to the Refining Directorate and Refinery Departments/Project Managers to facilitate resolution of major Refining Directorate issues.
Coordinate with Refinery Department Managers on management improvement initiatives
Major issues between Departments within Refining Directorate.
