Sr Policy Analyst (HR) - Qatar
Position Title: Sr. Policy Analyst
Department: Human Resources
Education & Experience:
University Degree in Public Administration / Human Resources Management.
At least 10 years of experience in writing Human Resources Policies and Procedures. Adequate knowledge of all related applicable Laws of The State of Qatar to clarify inquires and policy applications as appropriate. HR Technical writing skills.
Primary purpose of job:
Carry out the duties and responsibilities of reviewing, developing and maintaining the company and as applicable to its Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, and Affiliated companies Policy and Procedure Manual. Undertake the interpretation of Policy provisions and the discussion of newly introduced policies and amendments with relevant parties within and outside company.
