The Role:Will be actively involved in the overall Sales Cycle from Identification to the Closure of the Leads Qualify the leads in the area of Customer Value Management, Customer Retention, Usage Enhancement, Loyalty & Customer Experience Management Domain for Communication Service Providers Make presentations to customer organizations (CMO/Marketing Director, Product Heads, Technical Heads) Respond to RFI/RFP, customer questionnaire, Etc… Prepare customer centric solution presentations, solution documents Understanding of commercials and ability to do the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions SOW creation by talking to various internal teams such as Project Teams, Marketing Teams, Technical Teams Responsible for post sales account management activitiesThe Company:Our Client is an International data analytics software product company.Essential Skills / Qualifications:Minimum 6-8 years of sales / account management experience in telecom industry. Work experience in reputed organizations in the domain in front-ending roles, especially with leading mobile operators.
