Cameron’s Surface segment designs and manufactures complete wellhead and Christmas tree systems for onshore and offshore topside applications. This segment has an extensive installed base of equipment and is collaborating with customers around the world. Our Surface segment is not only the industry’s largest provider of surface completion and production equipment but also has a large services business in each of its markets. One of the major services provided by the Surface segment is CAMSHALE™ Production Solutions, which specializes in shale gas production.
Job Summary The Field Services Specialist provides assistance with the repair, assembly and installation of wellheads and associated components. This position has field and shop responsibilities depending on customer requirements and workload. The Field Service Specialist works closely with more senior specialists with limited independent authority to provide quality, professional service and customer support.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Ability to visually differentiate valves and wellhead component.
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience.
Field Service Technician general assembly and service competencies.
General oilfield product/equipment operating knowledge.
Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience using SAP is an asset.
Will Benefit from the following Safety certifications including: Hoisting and Rigging (shop only),
Overhead Crane, TDG, Forklift Certification, First Aid Level I, H2S, PST, WHMIS and are considered an asset.
