Interim Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Our Global Reward Shared Services team is currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst (Project-based) who will be responsible for the following tasks:
â¢ Act as liaison with HR Shared Services on day to day coordination on payroll, HRIS or other transactional or reporting matters relating to compensation & benefits
â¢ Has frequent interaction with HR team members and managers to discuss job evaluations, market pricing, merit and incentive plan calculations and processing
â¢ Has frequent interaction with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate processing of compensation plans, ensure compensation structures are accurately maintained and to ensure timely and accurate payment of compensation (bonus, merit, specialized incentives, etc.)
â¢ May administer and analyze compensation programs such as merit, incentive plan administration (on Hotel, Corporate and Sales Plans), job evaluation, market pricing, and other compensation programs
â¢ Will assist in conducting job evaluations to determine the band and appropriate external market pricing
â¢ May participate in the development and revision of incentive plans (annual and specialized) for the region to include regional offices, hotels and reservation centers (worldwide) in accordance with the Company's incentive design principles
â¢ May conduct various analyses related to compensation issues, such as survey data analysis, incentive cost modeling; merit budgeting, impact analysis, etc.
â¢ May conduct and/or participate in remuneration and/or benefits surveys; analyze results; and provide recommendations regarding policy/program administration and/or market competitiveness to management
â¢ May be assigned or participate in special projects relating to compensation & benefits
â¢ May interact and deal with remote partners (GRSS, C&B Project Mgr-AMER) and Corporate employees <br><br>
â¢ Preferably with Human Resources and compensation and benefits experience
â¢ Demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws affecting compensation policies and programs
â¢ Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
â¢ Must have excellent Excel skills
â¢ Strong computer skills to include proficiency in Access, Word and PowerPoint
â¢ Must be willing to work midshift and graveyard shift
â¢ Must be willing to work on a project basis only
â¢ Strong analytical and statistical skills
â¢ Demonstrate knowledge of compensation principles and practices
