Job Summary and Responsibilities

Main responsibility is to effectively manage all catering, conference services and banquet activities of the hotel. Control function space maximization and ensure that meetings and function rooms are properly maintained at all times. Prepare budget and forecasts to operate with effective cost control. Work with Director of Sales and Marketing to develop the annual business and marketing plan for the department.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 5 years catering or sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment
3. Full understanding of the luxury hotel market
4. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
5. Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
6. Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
